P.A. Side Presses

Position Assisted(PA) is the term l'm using for now. I'm using a weight in the free hand to pull me to the side, limiting any shifting or rotating to the front as l Side Press. Using a couple of Iron Grip 45s(would be cool to find the Hundos!) are the weights being used. Did they help? Right now, it sure doesn't feel like it! 🤪 Sometimes, that's how it goes.
