Why stop after the Bent Press with Brutus(105¾lb) is concluded? Decided to continue on with a couple of Squats for a bit more mental toughness and some shoulder endurance. Now that my Bent Press is free and clear to reach for the stars, l best up my recovery to the standing position. Mote work seems to led to more work and l wouldn't have it any other way. God Bless.
