Description

"Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for he is faithful that promised;)"
- Hebrews 10:23
Came up with these 30 years or so ago to traction the spine, and it has never let me down. Traditionally, l do these in a Power Rack with the back of my head hanging on as well as pushing against a barbell while my hands are supporting the rest of me on another barbell. Most of them time, just getting into position causes shifts in my spine all the way down to the Sacrum! Adding the Knee Over Bar movement, essentially a Reverse Deadlift, gives my spine more time being pulled loose, Traction, as l bring the kneesnup and over the bar. The 3rd clip shows a weight that is too heavy, 55lb anvil, just to show that adding weight is possible. This set-up of an old bar on straps hanging from an pitched Yoke worked beautifully. It's just as important to learn how to heal yourself as learning how to push yourself. God Bless.

When l first started looking into Swings as the Olde Time Strongmen did them back in the 1880s, it would SEEM that there was a Two Hand Swing using ONE implement. This may be the first time giving it a serious try. 105¾lb(48kg) of Brutus used here. There's quite a bit of Upper Pec & Upper Trap work due to the hands being so close to each other. There also more Shoulder Girdle mobility needed to follow through at the top. This kinda reminds me of the Cross Hand Snatch Goerner did. Always something new to learn. God Bless!
