The S&P 500 and the Nasdaq hit record-high closes for the second straight session on Monday as a trade agreement reached between the U.S. and Mexico boosted investor sentiment.

South Korean stocks rose on Monday after the U.S. Federal Reserve said it plans to gradually increase its key rate.
