The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 74 points, or zero-point-three percent, to 25,509.
The S&P 500 lost four points, or more than zero-point-one percent, to 2,853.
The Nasdaq added a few points to 7,891.
Closer to home.
South Korean stocks finished slightly higher Thursday.
The benchmark KOSPI was up two points, or zero-point-one percent, to close at 2,303.
The tech-heavy KOSDAQ jumped three-quarters of a percent to 789.
