Wall Street ended higher on Monday after a choppy session, with gains in tech stocks offsetting worries about an escalating trade war between the U.S. and a number of other countries.
The Dow Jones Industrial Average rose zero-point-one-five percent to end at 24,307 points, while the S&P 500 gained zero-point-three percent to 2,726.
The Nasdaq added three-quarters of a percent to 7,567.
Here in Korea.
The benchmark KOSPI tumbled on institutional selling,... losing more than 54 points, or two-point-three-five percent, to 2,271.
The secondary KOSDAQ fared even worse.
It plunged 28 points, or nearly three-and-a-half percent,... to 789.
