1 Hand Overhead Squats!

One Hand Snatching an 2⅜" Axle as the setup this time working up to 90lb though l accidentally say 100lb.
Very impressed to get this overhead with the left! The Squats felt great. The opening up of the Torso is hard to beat. I can recommend these enough. I hope you give them a try. God Bless!
