One Hand Overhead Squats 140lb

Started out with a 105.8lb dumbbell and then moved up to a 128.1lb dumbbell. Finally l moved up to a 140lb barbell via a Hands Together Clean & Jerk and THEN shifting the weight into one hand. WOW! That shifting the bar into one hand is NO JOKE! This is definitely going to allow me to get those big weights overhead to build my Bent Press! I am so excited to get this ball rolling! God Bless!!
