Kneeling Pullover & Press 231lb/105kg NOT 240lb as I stated in the video. Last couple of sessions of Kneeling Jump Splits felt unusually tight in the bottom position. Knowing that I was still trashed from yesterday's workout, l figured l would get some mobility work done as l Pressed. What's great about this is you can't cheat the stretch!! Once you pull that bar over, you are staying DOWN buddy!! It's kinda like the Z Press of Bench Pressing: there's just no leg drive. I don't Bench with much of an arch but, if you look at my torso, you can see this position may help you get a better arch. Definitely worth a shot right??? Did l get what I wanted from these?? In SPADES!! My Quads & Shin muscles feel supple. I think I these pockets of scar tissue in both legs. I hope you try and find out how good this feels!! Good Luck & God Bless!!
