Continuing on with a new Holdout variation, l am doing a Rear Holdout. Holdouts are usually done to the front or sides. The Rear Holdout, along with yesterday's Fore & Aft Holdout, are targeted to getting those upper ribs to rotate up and back. Twisting the Torso facilitates getting the ribs into a more extreme angle. I am using a York 35lb plate which may have been too much for my grumpy left shoulder. Believe it or not, l feel the Holdout work from yesterday & today is already shifting the right Upper Ribs back where they belong. Time will tell as always. God Bless!
