Some may get confused over Bent Pressing to the side vs. to the front, soooo l made this video. I don't Bent Press much to the side anymore, so the technique is a bit rough, but you get the idea. BOTH are productive in their own way. I've seen side Bent Pressers with a Sumo Deadlift stance as a way to lower their COG so they can lean WAAAAAAY over without getting off balance. How far you go with each will depend on your goals, mobility, and your ability to not lose balance. Hope this helps. God Bless.
