Bent Press Beefy Brutus

Showing how l start at a particular weight on Bent Presses such as this 106lb dumbbell with a 2 3/4" handle and just keep working the position until l get it...or maybe not. Lighter weight will allow me to finish the lift without PROPER POSITIONING which means l learned NOTHING...right?? God Bless!!
