Kneeling Waiter's Bent Presses w/ @ivankobarbell 75lb Pancake. By most accounts, l shouldn't have even bothered, but it doesn't hurt to try and just see if l can EASE into it. If this was a Biceps Curl or some such, l wouldn't push it, but with a lift that gives so much and loosens up things l need opened up, l'm DEFINITELY gonna see if l can ease into it. As long as each successful attempt shows improvement, l keep going. Programs & Routines are food, but listening to your body is best! God Bless.
