Split Snatch Time!

Description
Started out with 66½lb(30kg) before moving up to ~120lb...what a difference! I easily could yank much more overhead, but it would be Muscle Snatch-y than what l actually want. Hook Grip felt OK. It's been a while since l've put a lot of stress on this Grip. My best in a Powerlifting comp was 551lb(250kg) with a Hook, so it's just a matter of getting the thumbs used to it again. The Snatches are feeling more connected. If l practiced them as much as l practice the Bent Press, l'd be World Champion...🤪! More practice to bring more results. God Bless.
