It seems that the phone company installed our phone system at a campground – a half mile from the job site. Meanwhile One Point has two ATM techs, an electrician and the Ackerman Security tech waiting to resolve the phone error. After waiting…and waiting…and waiting even longer; the phone was installed at the correct location. As someone who has to deal with extremely tight schedules. I appreciate the fact that the Ackerman Security tech was able to work with us and rearrange his schedule to insure the alarm installation.
