I did not get her last name, but when I called Ackerman Security to discuss a service bill I received, LaShonda handled the call professionally and with kindness. She listened patiently, understood the situation, and was able to get back with me quickly with a resolution. It's people like LaShonda that give Ackerman Security a good name.
