Realization on Evelyn Douglin Center Plan

The management of Evelyn Douglin Center will annually conduct an evaluation of implemented activities and carry out the assessment of expected effects or results and set goals.
Data collection and evaluation will be conducted as part of the overall evaluation of the work on participatory basis with a view to identifying issues within the framework of the strategic directions and adjustments to be made the objectives and activities of the identified needs in accordance with the new circumstances. Director of Evelyn Douglin Center in the evaluation plan will work for each one defined in a separate section in manner of the evaluation of the Strategic Plan.
When reporting to the Board of Directors, will present the results of the evaluation objectives and activities of the Strategic Plan and Action Plan of Evelyn Douglin Center for the next year installers are changes that are the result of assessment.
Indicators or objectively verifiable indicators are defined for each goal, and in the annual plans of action will not establish annual goals and specify indicators for monitoring accomplishments of the objectives from Evelyn Douglin Center.
