Evelyn Douglin Goals

The goals are:
The establishment and development of inter-sectoral partnership and cooperation between Evelyn Douglin Center and all stakeholders in the municipality, the application of an integrated approach to planning measures and services, development of a network of actors with leading professional role of Evelyn Douglin Center for Serving People in Need.
Continuous and systematic monitoring of user needs at different levels (individual, group, community), identifying priority needs and enabling citizens to meet most of their needs in the local community at Evelyn Douglin Center.
Raising the professional and technical competence of Evelyn Douglin Center employees, use of modern methods and approaches in their work, improve working conditions and flexible organization with a developed support staff in order to provide quality services to all individuals.
