This is the oblique crunch lay down on one side place your arm out in front of your body put your hand behind your head so your elbow is pointing out keep your legs straight now lift your legs towards your knee while keeping the legs straight flip sides and repeat this exercise is good for sculpting the abs, because the environment is stable and you contract the obliques as you drive through the ground.
