Making a Custom made Bleaching Tray using Erkoskin Spacer

I am presenting the making of a custom made Bleaching tray using Erkoskin from Erkodent as spacer and 1.0 mm Scheu Bioplast as the tray material and Scheu Biostar as the thermoforming equipment.
Trim the model Flat and Mark the areas we want to Bleach by a pencil.
Erkoskin is a patented product of Erkodent from Germany which do not stick or distort when in contact with the heated thermoforming material. Erkoskin is to be applied where the spacer is required to hold the Bleaching material in place.
After applying the Erkoskin it takes close to 20 min to become completely dry and workable.
Once it becomes dry we apply Bioplast Insulating material over the anatomic portion of the cast and wait for it to become dry then we proceed for thermoforming process.
Here we are using 1.0 mm Bioplast Bleach as the tray material. We can also use the Erkoflex and Bioplast 1.5 mm sheets as the tray material.
I personally prefer 1.5 mm thickness to 1mm thickness as the thicker sheets will be more firm and gives better support.
After cooling either we cut the excess material by carefully using a 11 no BP Blade or Erkodent Special Scissors. We leave the margins 2 mm below the gum line.
