Making a custom made bleaching tray using Duran Spacer

I am presenting the making of a custom made Bleaching tray using Duran .75 mm as spacer and 1.0 mm Bioplast as the tray material and Scheu Biostar as the thermoforming equipment.Trim the model Flat and Mark the areas we want to Bleach by a pencil.
Press the heated Duran 0.75 mm foil on the model and cool it, trim it and then finish it according to the pencil marking. Wet the areas of the model where we want the bleaching tray, with a Bioplast insulating agent and We use Bioplast foils from scheu for thermoforming
after thermoforming and cooling either we cut the excess material by carefully using a 11 no BP Blade or Erkodent Special Scissors. We leave the margins 2 mm below the gum line. Bioplast do not bond to Duran and by removing the Duran spacer there will be enough space for the Bleaching material to stay.
