Making Custom Made Bleaching Tray Using Blue Blocker

I am presenting the making of a custom made Bleaching tray using Ultradent Blue-Blocker as spacer and 1 mm Bioplast Bleach as the tray material and Scheu-Biostar as the thermoforming equipment.
Trim the model Flat and Mark the areas we want to Bleach by a pencil. Apply Blue-Blocker serving as a space maintainer in the desired layer thickness. Blue-Blocker is a flowable Blue colored composite which has to be cured after the application.
Moisten the areas of the model where we want the bleaching tray with a Bioplast insulating agent and after the thermoforming and cooling either we cut the excess material by carefully using a 11 no BP Blade or Erkodent Special Scissors. We leave the margins 2 mm below the gum line.
