Some things in life,
Are like a mirage.
By craving them,
you carry an extra baggage.

Some things in life
Are like a mirage,
You run behind them,
And they run ahead.

So you laze and wonder,
Why do i run,
For something that's,
rightfully my own.

Why do i swim,
Against the stream,
To realise every,
Earnestly coveted dream.

But don; t let that happen.
For life needs thought and action.
And empty thoughts,
Lead to stagnation.

So, at times, let go of things.
And go with the flow.
Let the winds blow.
And in this weather,
you will feel,
as light as a feather.

Sometimes in life,
The rain is heavy,
And the winds are strong.
But do not stroll,
Away from your goal.
Listen to me,
Be like a tree.
Sway to the wind,
But stand your ground.
Bend to the storm,
But, to your roots be bound,
To your roots be bound..
.
