Lucy Lll - Chicken Vein

One summers day we decided to go
To a nice restaurant that we both know
Upon arrival we were happily greeted
And from there swiftly seated
On the table to our left
A nice looking couple
But to me the woman
looked slightly in trouble
'Waitress' she beckoned,
her face a look of disdain
At this point I thought,
'This woman's in pain'
'How can I help you? , she politely asks
As the woman points to her chicken
and silently gasps
'To what do you call this,
it looks so gross? '
With this she pondered,
The naive host.
I could see her standing there
picking her brain
A few seconds passed
Then she exclaimed
'Everything's fine madam,
it's just a chicken vein'
To which the woman then retorted
through pursed lips
she spitefully snorted,
'Look I know there's no one to blame,
but please get me a chicken
without any veins! '
