LIGANDS AND ITS CLASSIFICATION PART-II || CLASS-12

In this video I discussed about classification of ligands based on denticity. I explained six types of ligands (with examples) which have different denticity. I also pointed out the donor atoms present in those ligands. After discussing about unidentate, bidentate, quadridentate and hexadentate ligands I gave idea about ambidentate ligands with examples. I hope this video lecture will create interest about the chemistry of ligands in the minds of students. This discussion will help the learners to study the chapter about coordination compounds of class 12.
