Immortal blank state - Positive Mess

Standing here trying to keep a smile on my face.
Nothing ever seems to go right, if that is the case.
Staying strong and keeping positive or at least trying,
It isnt that simple when everyone is dying.
All around me i see nothing but crying.
No matter what people say someone is always lying.
We are all just living in a big web of lies waiting to rot,
Who am i to ignore the ones i love? I think not.
I'm always happy but my friends, not so much.
I try to help but there is to many problems and such.
Still trying to be happy nothing is even going right.
There is no one i can even help, everyone wants me out of sight.
No i am not depressed,
I enjoy life only this is all just keeping me stressed.
Why can't this mess just dissapear?
I want to scream, let's just hope that no one can hear.
Next time you see me I will try to smile.
But don't count on it, not even for a while.
