Yisel Chong - Why I smile

I smile,
I smile because I feel happy.
I smile because you are part of my life.
I smile because I imagine you are smiling back at me.
I smile because god gave me this life
for me to live.
I smile because I'm still alive
and didn't commit suicide.
I smile because you are special to me.
you make me smile,
you encourage me,
you listen to me,
you are always there for me.
you care for me,
as I do too.
I don't forget about you,
no matter what you do
because you are that special friend
in which I will always listen to.
