Yisel Chong - I would get there

I want to climb to the top, of the highest mountain.
I want to reach for the stars, and illuminate my path.
I want to be unique in my own style and way.
I want so many things that I have no time to name.

I wish you could all read my mind,
Feel my feelings and emotions.
see my dreams and acts.
But, all you can say is,
I am just one of a kind.
Things in me,
you can never find.

One day I would not be a hero,
But I will still leave footprints.
I would not be a star,
But I will still shine.
