From left to right starting up:
1 CLOWNS! 25 times
2 tour your heels from one side to the other. 25 times
3 imagine that pull a rope that is too high. 15 times on each side.
4 20 moves in total.
5 position of lunge and 20 moves in total.
6 MILITARY MARCH: Leg Stretched out and touch the tip of my toe with the opposite arm. 20 reps in total.
Beginners 2 Series, Intermediate 3 and advanced 4.
