12/15/14 Modified Dumbbell Swings done by Thomas Goodwin: As part of my exercise routine, 3 days a week I do 14 min. nonstop of 2 handed overhead modified dumbbell swings, first doing 50 with a 40 lb dumbbell and then doing the rest of them with a 20 lb dumbbell using the technique shown in the video. I do some of the 20 lb dumbbell swing with the dumbbell going behind the head and then up and over it again and with deeper squats. I had to adjust my technique to the unique body I was born with that is not that flexible. I had to develop a` technique that could really intensely challenge my body physically and spiritually without harming it.
