Extensive 10 year study of what UK organisations value most in their employees. A funded investigation into the key transferable skills, undertaken by Performance Talks, started in 2006. Support from: Knowledge Transfer Project, University of Hull, Design Enterprise Centre.

Feedback from over 8,000 businesses. Involvement of: HR teams, manufacturing, ICT, logistics, service industries, food and drinks, plastics and polymers, local government, nursing & healthcare, banking & insurance. Humber Leaders Project.
Identified 21 transferable currencies – workplace attributes which have been shown to be associated with successful outcomes in role.
Research also supported by University of Kent 2016 survey on the skills required by graduates
undertaken by Microsoft, Target Jobs, the BBC, Prospects, NACE, AGR and other organisations
