Tara McH - observations

I was observing two people,
whom everyone admired,
adored, even
as the love penetrated all.

And then it came to a stall;

hatred set in,
hardness set in....

bitterness
with a twist
of love left,

but nested.


It could have been the beginning of a life.

Instead, cut with a knife
of the heart.....
whhich tore them apart.

Where did it all go?

He knows,
she knows,

and in bitterness
they depart
into the dark

or into the light.

Who knows which is right.....?
