and now I take a chance

of?

Of a soulmate who may not be false,
who may also take a chance
on taking a chance itself.

Heaven and earth meet
when you greet
me
by whatever means:

heaven and earth meet,
so it seems,
and the black skies turn blue,
when I know it will be you.

The grass becomes green.

It didn't ever seem
that it would be this way again,

that I would laugh, and dance,
and find romance;

that it would be a soft voice embracing me,
a soft personality
chasing the winds of my dreams.

Dreams are there to be made real,
and I will steal
another dream in this time,

for the time,
for now,
is mine.
