Student's Demonstration Shows Adele, Slowed Down, Sounds Like Sam Smith

A high school student in Gig Harbor, Washington, says he made a startling discovery about Adele on Monday, February 5. When slowed down, she sounds exactly like her fellow British singer Sam Smith.

Gig Harbor resident Jesse Valona</a> shared a clip to Twitter of him playing Adele’s record, 25. When he slows the speed of the vinyl down, Adele’s voice begins to sound just like Sam Smith’s.

Valona posted a follow-up clip of another 25 track slowed town, with similar results.
