Finish your week off right with my absolute favorite stretch ever! This 1/2 w sitting stretch is great for your whole spine, shoulders, hips & knees. If you have hip or knee pain sitting with your legs tucked in this position, alter the stretch so your legs are straight out in front of you. Remember to swing your legs around & repeat on the other side.
