Snatches! 63kg

Starting off with 79lb, l worked my way up in 5kg jumps up to 123lb before going straight to 138¾lb. The last lift was without straps cuz that's how l'm gonna do them in a meet. That last lift felt GOOD! Getting more used to the straps and the effect on my pull.
Using the same model York Barbell comp bar Alekseyev lifted when he broke the 500lb barrier on the Clean & Jerk at the 1970 World Championships in Columbus, Ohio. You'd be surprised how well this bar spins!
