Hub Lifting Old Weider 45lber!

Hub Lift work with 1st Gen WEIDER Olympic 45lb plate first and ONLY advertised in the December, 1947 Muscle Power. The Hubs are taller Han the rest of the plate so they aren't something you'll probably see pinch gripped. The Hub is 5" wide and SHARP. I just about always cut my thumb pads each session. These feel as solid as an anvil. I've not come across another 45lber that feels as solid. I believe these are the first Olympic plate to have the spokes connect the Hub to the rim. They also may be the first to have three spokes instead of the usual four. Lotsa classic fun going on here. God Bless.
