WEIDER 1st Gen 45lbers put up today. Sissy Squats done beforehand definitely pre-fatigued my legs! These are simply the best for working the Internal Rotation of the thighs. Kettlebells will be easier to manage. No, l don't recommend putting plates on the feet like this. I DO recommend the MOVEMENT itself. God Bless.
