My father passed away and mother wasnt able to pay for the house. My mom gave him the warnings and said he can show the house to rent it out sell, etc. it was a 60 day notice. we since moved out, and he rented out the space....but he also sued her for eviction. now he is trying to get more money out of my mom even though she doesnt have a job or any money in her savings. she filed for bankruptcy and the lease was included.

i was listed on the lease that i can live in the house but i never signed anything....can he get any of my money.

i am not interested in your personal opinion about the situation....i will report you to yahoo. thank you to those that really know the answers. -
