Thanks for all of your support. For someone who do not know about my situation, I would like to give a brief description and ask you for advice. Once again, please excuse me if you find any mistakes with my English, as it is my second language.
I have been married to my husband for last 17 years. I describe it as an unstable relationship. We had two children, but, our opinions and life styles would never match. He expects me to be extremely traditional, I want to adopt everything as long as it makes me comfortable. I respect my culture and traditions. I do not drink/smoke/party/ clubs etc. I have been an average housewife with two children (16 and 12).
He thinks it's his right to beat a woman when it is REASONABLE.I would not accept it. I started to stand up against his opinion and argue with him. Everytime, it got worse, he would abuse me physically, emotionally and financially. I approached his parents for help, it did not help. Besides, his mother suppoted his behavior and said no man would beat a woman without a reason -
