Please let me make it very clear that my parents are VERY RESPONSIBLE. Once again the only reason they filed was because my father had been out of work for a while and were unable to keep up with things.

With all that being said IF my parents do need the help to get approved for a rental property do you think I should co-sign with them? I totally trust my parents I have no reason to believe that they would not make their rent. I personally do have good credit.
