New FlowStud™ FDS® Technology screws for assembly into thin metal sheets with no holes. Using a combination of end-load pressure and screw driver speed the fastener flow drills through the materials. FlowStud™ double end stud configuration allows for assembly of additional sheets. Cost Savings by using this fastener can be realized and provides alternate methods of automotive car assembly. Robotic insertion is the assembly method of choice.
