Honey Chicken
Ingredients:
• Boneless Chicken 400 grams.
• Vinegar 2 tsp.
• Black Pepper Powder 2 tsp.
• Chili Flakes 1 tbsp.
• Eggs 1 Piece.
• Salt to taste.
• Corn Flour 2 tbsp.
• Ginger, Garlic and Green Chili paste 2 tbsp.
• Chopped Onion 1 Medium.
• Chopped Garlic 1 tsp.
• Chopped Ginger 1 tsp.
• Soya sauce 2 tsp.
• Tomato sauce 2 tbsp.
• Honey 4 tbsp.
• White Sesame Seeds 2 tsp.
• Cooking oil.

Method:
Wash the boneless chicken well and marinate for 2 hours with 1 tbsp of vinegar, 1 tsp of salt, 2 tbsp of ginger, garlic and green chilli paste, 1 tsp of black pepper powder, 1 egg and 1 tablespoon of corn flour. Now in a small pot mix 1 tablespoon cornflower well with a little water. Then heat the cooking oil in a pan. Now fry the chicken in oil over medium heat. When the chickens are golden brown and crispy drain it on tissue paper and keep aside. Then put 2 tablespoons of Cooking oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add chopped ginger, garlic and chopped onion and stir for 30 seconds. Now add 1 tsp of chili flakes and 1 tsp of black pepper powder. Then add 1 tsp of salt. Now add 2 tsp of soya sauce, 2 tbsp of tomato sauce and 4 tbsp of honey and mix well. Then add corn flour mixture. Then add the fried chicken and mix it well. After 2 minutes cooking spread white sesame seeds and serve.
