Description

CHICKEN CUTLET:
• Boneless Chicken Breast 300 Grams.
• Ginger, Garlic & Green Chili Paste 2 tbsp.
• Egg 1 Piece.
• Red Chili Flakes 1 tsp.
• Black Pepper Powder 1 tsp.
• Vinegar 1 tsp.
• Salt to taste.
• Corn Flour 2 tbsp.
• Bread Crumbs.
• Cooking Oil.
• Marinate the Chicken Breast with 1 tsp. Vinegar.
• Add Salt to taste.
• Add black Pepper Powder 1 tsp.
• Add Chili Flakes 1 tsp.
• Add Ginger, Garlic & Green Chili Paste 2 tbsp.
• Add 1 Egg.
• Add 2 tbsp. Corn Flour.
• Mix all the ingredients with the Chicken Properly.
• Keep aside for 2 hrs.
• Coat the chicken pieces in Bread Crumbs.
• Heat the Cooking Oil.
• Deep fry the Cutlet Pieces in medium flame.
• Serve the hot Chicken Cutlet with Mayonnaise, Tomato Sauce or Mustard Sauce and Salad.
