Rebekah Parrish - My First
2 Views • Nov 08, 2014
Description
From streaming down my face
My body aches to hold you
Heart Hanging heavy by the weight
Never reclaiming the past
We drift upon the sea of time
Wishing I could have made it last
Regretting that awful crime
Loving you so much was bound to kill
I was too young, it came too soon
Now I'm falling steadily downhill
Forever in darkness, no sign of a moon
I hurt myself when I hurt you
I'll never stop paying for that mistake
My heart will never love like new
The hole you left will forever ache
If I'm to ever love again
Forgiveness from you I need so much
The time is now for us to mend
But know I'll forever remember your touch
