00:12 kind of a funny one for us is do you
00:15 offer a maintenance program and the
00:17 answer to that is yes and we have a
00:19 three tiered maintenance program we have
00:21 a basic and enhanced and a solar
00:22 maintenance program there are amazing
00:24 programs some of them were up to you out
00:27 to your house up to six times a year
00:28 depending on what we're doing some of
00:30 them were only out there one time of
00:32 year but maintenance is key we're firm
00:34 believers in maintaining things we're
00:37 firm believers and keeping it running
00:38 for as long as possible the last thing
00:40 we want to have to do is major
00:41 construction at your house where we're
00:43 taking stuff all apart and trying to put
00:44 stuff all back together get in the city
00:46 in the state involved it tends to be an
00:49 ordeal so we'd rather maintain it and
00:51 just keep it running so yes we do offer
00:53 a maintenance program then you have
00:54 three choices to choose from
