00:16 there because it's all dependent if you
00:19 catch one of the specials where we're
00:20 doing a tune-up 478 dollars would come
00:22 out we do your tune up everything winds
00:24 up being okay it's only 78 bucks if you
00:27 get on a maintenance program maintenance
00:28 programs can range from $13 a month all
00:31 the way to $40 a month depending on what
00:33 you're doing and who you're doing it
00:35 with the monthly ones tend to be a lot
00:37 better because you don't have to
00:39 remember to call us we call you when
00:41 it's time for your maintenance to be
00:42 done so we're looking to do air
00:44 conditioners and the spring furnaces in
00:46 the fall if we're doing solar system
00:48 maintenance we want to do those in the
00:50 spring in the fall as well maybe we're
00:52 doing you know an HVAC plus filter
00:55 maintenances and we're out four times a
00:57 year so depending on how much you use
00:59 this obviously will depend on how much
01:01 your monthly payment is but the annual
01:04 maintenance it shouldn't be super
01:05 expensive because once we get you in the
01:08 maintenance we should be able to keep
01:09 everything running
01:10 you know bar anything going out of a
01:12 manufacturers specification there may be
01:14 some extra cost there of her part to be
01:16 repaired or a piece to be repaired but
01:18 we're gonna know before it breaks so
01:20 your se have peace of mind and longevity
