Power Pulls! 104½kg

Weights were 162½lb(73¾kg), 191¼lb(86¾kg) & 230½lb.
Power Pulls feeling REALLY GOOD today though that start was ROUGH! 😝 The last weight increase to 104½kg obviously weren't pulled all the way up, but l still got PLENTY out of them. The Werksan bar l'm using didn't have knurling where l was gripping sooooo it was quite a grip challenge as well! Oddly, the one time l tried using a Hook Grip, it was WORSE! It's like most things: you don't know until ya know! God Bless!
