Paulo is known as "The Freak" in bodybuilding circles. This video demonstrates why ... check out his most muscular (crab) poses to learn more.

Although Mr Almeida is hitting 40 this year (2018) he looks more like a fresh but mature bodybuilder at age 28. He carries about 280 lbs / 128 kg with so little fat you couldn't pinch an inch anywhere on his 5'10" / 1.7m frame.
