Description

Pasta Ball (Pasta Pakoda) is a fusion recipe, unlikely cooking pasta in its traditional style, our chefs have given it and Indian touch by making delicious pakoda (Balls) from it. It’s crispy ‘n crunchy Snacks which is easy and quick to cook.
How to Cook
• Take your choice of pasta and cook it in boiling water.
• Crush the pasta using grinder.
• In Another pan take some oil, Add Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilli and cook them for a minute.
• Now add Chopped onion sauté till they turn golden brown.
• Add Salt, Chilli Flakes, Oregano, Red chilli Powder mix it well and cook for 2-3 minutes
• Add crushed pasta mix it well and cook for a minute.
• Allow mixture to cool down and take out in big bowl.
• In Bowl add Cheese, Boiled Potato and corn flour in cooked mixture and mix it well.
• Make hard balls of the mixture.
• Heat the oil in broad pan.
• Deep fry pasta ball in to it till they turn golden brown.
• Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
